These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the recca platform ("Service"), a B2B SaaS product designed to assist with the creation, collection, and management of job references, owned and operated by recca ("Us", "We", or "Our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

As part of this, if you are a candidate, you warrant that all information and references provided by you are accurate, true, and not misleading.

As a candidate (a person asked to provide references), you acknowledge that any references provided are confidential. The reference will include assessment of your performance, positive or negative. When you select your referees, you release the referee and employer from any liability for the reference.
